Audi Korea (President Steve Cloutier) has announced a special support program for customers whose vehicles are damaged by flooding during the upcoming monsoon season.
With heavy rains expected across the country, Audi Korea will offer free vehicle inspections at official Audi service centers for owners affected by flood damage.
During the program, customers who use insurance to repair their flooded vehicles at official centers will receive free towing and delivery services, no matter the distance. They will also get transportation support of up to 50,000 won for one trip on the day of the accident or towing.
If repair costs exceed insurance coverage, Audi Korea will help cover the additional expenses. To reduce inconvenience, a replacement vehicle will be provided for up to 14 days during repairs. After repairs, customers will receive a 2-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on accident repairs.
Customers can book inspection and repair services in advance through the ‘myAudiworld’ app or the official Audi Korea website. This makes the process faster and more convenient.
