Audi Australia Unveils Limited Edition S line A1, Q2, and Q3 with Up to $7,000 Extra Value

by Grace

Audi Australia has introduced limited edition versions of its A1 hatchback and Q2 and Q3 crossover SUVs. These special ‘Edition’ models offer buyers up to $7,000 worth of extra features for a small price increase.

Although Audi has not revealed how many units will be available, these limited-run models are already on sale in Australian showrooms.

Audi said the timing is ideal for customers, especially with the end of the financial year approaching. The upgrades bring strong value for a modest rise in price compared to the regular S line models.

The Audi A1 35 TFSI S line Edition starts at $41,800 before on-road costs. This is $2,600 more than the standard S line version but includes $7,000 worth of extra equipment.

The A1 Edition features a black-themed exterior. It has black 17-inch ‘polygon’ alloy wheels, a black grille surround, and black front badges. The car also gets S line front and rear bumpers, side sills, and a sportier roof-mounted rear spoiler.

Adaptive LED headlights and LED tail lights come standard. The rear hatch badges are removed for a cleaner look.

All A1 Editions have a Mythos Black roof and black mirror caps. Inside, the seats have ‘Derby’ fabric upholstery. Leather seats are available as a $1,500 option. A $1,000 Comfort package adds heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and ambient lighting that changes color.

The Audi Q2 35 TFSI S line Edition is priced at $50,990 before on-road costs. This is $1,500 more than the standard S line but includes $7,000 worth of extra features.

This Edition marks the first time an S line exterior is offered on the Q2 in Australia. It comes with 19-inch gloss black ‘Y-spoke’ alloy wheels, S line bumpers, side skirts, and a rear spoiler.

Among five available colors, Daytona Grey is introduced for the first time on the Q2 in Australia.

The grille surround, Audi rings, mirror caps, window trim, and the Q2’s C-pillar ‘blade’ are finished in black. An S line badge is placed on the front guards.

A $2,150 Comfort package offers heated front seats, heated and power-folding mirrors, rear privacy glass, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, semi-autonomous parking assist, and a 180W Audi Sound System.

For the Audi Q3, the 35 TFSI S line Edition costs $58,500 before on-road costs. The Q3 Sportback 35 TFSI S line Edition is priced at $62,000 before on-road costs.

Both prices are $1,000 higher than the standard versions. The SUV Edition adds $5,000 worth of value, while the Sportback Edition adds $3,500 worth of extras.

The S line package is already standard on the Q3 Sportback, but now the Edition brings it to the Q3 SUV for the first time. This includes unique bumpers, side sills, and a rear spoiler.

The Q3 SUV rides on 19-inch black ‘Y-spoke’ alloy wheels. The Sportback gets larger 20-inch black ‘V-Design’ wheels.

Both models feature black grille surrounds, black Audi badges on the front, black mirror caps, and black window surrounds. Rear badges are removed for a cleaner look.
